What We Do Together

Each session is a 90-minute container:

  • 30 minutes of Qi Gong and meditation (to ground your mind, body and energy)

  • 60 minutes of deep conversation and guidance

​

This is where:

  • You separate from performance-based identity

  • You reconnect with your true self

  • You process pressure, transition, and uncertainty

  • You learn to live—and compete—from Presence
