Welcome to Presence Golf, where the game becomes more than a pursuit of score—it becomes a spiritual path of Self-discovery, awakening, and inner transformation.
This blog is inspired by my forthcoming book, Presence Golf: A Sacred Path to Self-Mastery. What began as a personal exploration of playing golf with greater awareness and intention has evolved into a sacred calling—a way to merge spiritual practice with sport, and the ego with the soul. This book is still in the process of being birthed, and as I continue to embody its teachings, I’ll be sharing key insights, archetypes, and sacred principles here along the way.
Presence Golf is not about fixing your swing—it’s about freeing your soul. It’s about playing the game from the inside out, where every shot becomes an invitation to be fully alive, deeply rooted in the present moment. It’s about transcending fear, perfectionism, and self-judgment, and returning to your natural state of stillness, joy, and flow.
Rooted in the timeless teachings of Raja Yoga, the Beatitudes, and Carl Jung’s archetypes, Presence Golf invites you to play not just for score, but for soul. Whether you’re standing over a three-foot putt or navigating the rough of life, this path teaches you how to breathe, center yourself, and return to what really matters.
In this blog, I’ll share reflections and practices from the book in real time—ideas you can take straight to the course or into your everyday life. You’ll meet the Lover, the Sage, the Hero, and the Rebel. You’ll learn to find grace in the yips, peace in pressure, and mastery in surrender. You’ll begin to understand golf not as a game to be conquered, but as a sacred mirror to awaken your true Self.
My hope is that this space becomes a sanctuary for those who feel called to go deeper—golfers, seekers, soul adventurers—who are ready to play a different kind of game. One that frees you. One that fulfills you. One that brings you home to who you really are.
Thank you for walking this path with me. The journey has just begun.
In stillness and strength,
Troy Ismir
